How do I get a 941 form from 2nd quarter 2020

Hi @Sco1956.

I'd be happy to walk you through locating previous year's tax forms. The steps may vary a little depending on which payroll service you have. For QuickBooks Online Payroll:

  1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Choose Archived forms and filings.

If you have a different payroll subscription, you'll locate the steps here. Not sure which payroll service you have? Here's how to find your payroll service.

Let me know if you have any additional questions about tax forms or anything else. I'll be here to help!

Take care

I appreciate you getting back to us, Sco1956

When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back to your payroll taxes and access the form from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether.

You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
