A2X QBO DEAR

We use Quickbooks for our accounting system and DEAR for Inventory Management.  We are now selling on Amazon FBA.  We have connected the Amazon API to DEAR.  We have connected A2X (which pulls Settlement Reports from Amazon Seller Central) to Quickbooks.

How do I eliminate the duplication of Sales Orders, Sales Credit Notes, COGS and Inventory Adjustments  in my Quickbooks as I am getting that information from DEAR and A2X?  Do you have any advice for me?

Thank you,

A2X QBO DEAR

You should explore other connectors to compare to A2X to avoid duplicate transactions.

A2X QBO DEAR

I'm here to share some information that can help you with getting rid of duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @atn817.

If the same transactions are showing up from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and A2X, I suggest disconnecting the app to avoid duplicates. If it's limited to the transactions you've mentioned above, I recommend contacting A2X to check with them how you can configure the app to stop receiving those transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Refer to this article on how you can access Support for the app, disconnect, launch, and leave a review for the app: Install and use apps

To make sure that your accounts in QuickBooks match your bank and credit card statements, here's a complete guide on how to compare your statement with QuickBooks: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here if you need more help with your transactions by leaving a reply below. Have a great rest of the day!

A2X QBO DEAR

for syncing my inventory and orders to Quickbooks I am currently exploring A2x and Webgility. Can you suggest why did you go for a2x?

Did you explore any other product like webgility, Listing mirror?

@Nitin27

Which inventory management app do you have? Some apps support QBO and you don't need to use any connector.
