Hi. I have finished reconciling up to November 2022. But apparently, there were still floating transactions on the Bank Register. Most of those are Accounts Receivable transactions. The Company is using undeposited funds, as shown in the attached image, it seems like there are problems between the accounts receivable and undeposited funds. How can I fix this so there will no longer be floating transactions in the bank register?

There has one legit way. That undo the transaction & categorize it right chart of accounts.

One common cause of floating transactions is unapplied payments. Bill payments that aren't applied to bills or receive payment entries that aren't used to invoices affect Accounts Receivable.
Sometimes failure to enter the appropriate bills or invoices results in unapplied payments. To correct this situation, you must enter the missing invoices or bills before applying the payments to them.
To find unapplied payments, we can review the Customer Balance Detail or Vendor Balance Detail report. Here's how:
Once done, you can apply them to Accounts Receivable (A/R). I'll show you how:
