Is this the complete error message you're trying to share with me, The filename you entered is too long or is not valid filename?

If so, sometimes, it will automatically create a file folder for the logos. With that, let's ensure that it is saved in the file to either a local path or a stable server, not on the external thumb drive. If it's there, move the company file on a more stable connection path to prevent interruption when accessing the file. Then, let's add the image to the invoice one more time.
