Adding Manual Transactions in Self Employed

Is it possible to manually add a transaction in Quickbooks Self Employed that is not categorized as "Cash."?  I'm having trouble importing my transactions from one account so I want to manually enter them but they are automatically being categorized as Cash and I can't change them so they fall under the correct account category.  Also, can you manually add an account without connecting it to be automated/ imported?

Imported transaction in QuicckBooks Self-Employed is by defaulted categorized under Cash account. You can read through this article to learn more about Categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed
