Once you connect your QBO payroll subscription to your QBO Advanced account, the transactions will sync automatically. Thus, if you'd not want this to happen, you can cancel your QBO Advanced subscription and start a new one. However, if you've upgraded the stand-alone payroll to have the advanced subscription, there's no need to do anything since these are under one company file.
