We can customize the Estimates by Customer Report to find the message displayed on the estimate. Let's follow these steps below:
Once done, export the transaction to excel and use the command keys CTRL+F to search for keywords. This way you can easily locate the specific details on the customer's estimate.

When I do the advanced search, the is one amount in the whole list that is Bold. Why is that happening?

If you followed the steps in the previous reply, the bold amount is usually the total amount of the estimate. This is because Excel will only depend on the data being exported from QuickBooks. Hence, it will show the same format after the export process.
Moreover, you'll want to get personalized details for your reports. To do this, you can customize it in QuickBooks Online. Refer to this handy article for the details how: How to customize reports in QBO?.
