After Sonoma update, QBO will not print invoices or sales receipts

After updating the new Apple Sonoma, QBO will not print invoices or receipts. I cleared my cache and reinstalled my printer. I can print just about anything else outside of QBO, but I cannot print on QBO. Is this something we need to wait on QBO to fix?

I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue, @kcludlow.

I recommend contacting our Online Support Team so they can add you to the list of affected users. You'll be notified through email once the issue has been resolved.

Here’s how to Contact our support:

  1. Go to the Help menu.

For now, you can try downloading your invoices and receipts and then print them outside of the program.

This happened to me, too.

I tried opening QBO in a private window, no difference. I tried to print to PDF, no difference. I tried Firefox and Chrome. FIREFOX WORKED! Chrome did not.

After Sonoma update, QBO will not print invoices or sales receipts

Once again, Quickbooks bugs are causing an issue with my business performance.

I tried to save the invoices to a pdf and then print and the invoices and sales will still not print as of the new Sonoma update.

Everything attempted to print is blank on page.

So Frustrating

Still no resolution on this?  My report headers and footers print, but the text will not.  The only thing that works is if I export to Excel.

Yes.  FIREFOX worked for us too.

Thanks for finding it!

Please suggest to the engineers that the Firefox bowser switch probably indicates the problem isn't with the MacOS Sonoma update itself, but with the Safari bowser update that was part of it.  They will narrow things down for them.
