All invoices went missing Friday night. I have tried clearing all CACHE and COOKIES. That did not help.
Invoices still show up on my phone. Please add me to the long list of users having this problem. I need this to work for my business. While the phone is useful for some things doing invoicing on the PC is necessary.

This is still a problem and it is MONDAY MORNING!!!!! How has QB not fixed this?? None of my invoices show up and when i "talk to a representative" they just say 'sorry, we are aware there is an issue and we are working to fix it'. I need to invoice clients and have no access to my invoices for days now.
What is going on that this still isn't fixed?
I have had the SAME problem since Wednesday with both invoices and all other data being correct on the website. Customer service is a JOKE and I need answers as to when I will be able to invoice my clients.
Clients are also now saying they cannot pay invoices!

As we check here on our system, there's still an investigation about missing invoices inside QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). If you've already contacted our Customer Care Team, rest assured. You'll receive an update once it's fixed.
On the other hand, if your customers don't see Pay Now on their email, you'll want to ensure Online invoice payment is active inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you've signed up or connected an existing QuickBooks Payments account, proceed to set up your account so your customer can pay invoices online. We'll input the steps below to get you going:
