Apps Keep Crashing

I get the following error message on my iPhone, Mac, and two iPads every few minutes:

 

“Please Log in agin to refresh. There are critical updates to the app.”

 

I have tried Deleting and installing the most current versions and the problem persists. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Could it be my account is corrupted?

Apps Keep Crashing

Hi hammett03,

 

Your QuickBooks company is safe. The app is just like a portal to let you access your account. Any errors in the app will not affect your company data.

 

At the moment, I'd encourage you to log in to QuickBooks using a mobile browser or a computer browser. That way, you can continue working with your books. Then, please give us a call to let our phone agents gather some details about this for investigation.

 I began getting this error three weeks ago and thankfully my Face ID works
