Automated Payment Reminders for Quickbooks Desktop Mac 2020

Here's how to turn on automatic invoice payment reminders: 

1. Go to the Edit menu, then Preferences. 
2. Select the Payments tab, then choose Company Preferences. 
3. From Do you want to send payment reminders?, click Yes. 
4. Set the time and frequency that you'd like to be reminded to review and approve reminders. 
5. Pick Ok.

Im not using windows, I'm using a Mac computer

Thanks for stopping by the Community, at this time, the automated payment reminder feature is only accessible in our QBDT product within windows. However, I will be passing on this information to our development team, so they can work on implementing this feature into the Mac version in a future update.
