Buy nowClient has dissolved his business. I need to cancel his QBO essentials subscription but first I want to back up the file. I think it would be a good idea if I had a QBDT copy as well. I don't seem to be able to find guidance except to export excel spreadsheets.
The option to back up QuickBooks Online Essentials subscription data files is currently unavailable, @dso0216.
For now, this feature is only available for QBO Advanced subscriptions. However, you can still obtain a copy of your company data by exporting lists or reports.
