I appreciate all your efforts in dealing with this, @Carmona1901. I can understand how frustrating it must be not to see your transactions.

Let me provide insights and what steps you should take to have your transactions show in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, If you're having trouble finding transactions that you've downloaded before or new ones, I suggest checking various sections of your account. It's also important to note that QBO doesn't download pending transactions as it only downloads transactions that are no longer pending and have been officially posted on the bank's website.

First, let's try to get the latest transactions:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Update. When it finishes, check the Banking menu again for your missing records. They'll likely be on the For review screen.

If your download seems stuck, refer to the steps in our What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions article.

Furthermore, if you still don't see your missing transactions, you can also try checking around the Banking menu:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Click an account's tile for the account you downloaded the transactions into.
  3. Check your For ReviewCategorized, and Excluded tabs to see if they're visible on any of those screens.

Moreover, you can also try reviewing your account's history if you're looking for your older transactions in QBO:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account and click its View Register option.
  3. Search for your transactions. You can click on records to see more of their details.

To further check the transactions that are not showing, check this article: What to do if you can't find downloaded transactions in QBO.

I'll also add this article to guide you in categorizing the transactions you uploaded to QBO: Categorize online bank transactions

Please let me know if you have follow-up questions about the steps to show the transactions or anything else QuickBooks. I'm always here to help, @Carmona1901Wishing you and your business continued success.

I have been having the same issue with Central Bank - the bank balance on the bank feed is correct, but no transactions are importing in. I tried everything in your suggestions, but nothing has helped & it won't let me manually add the transactions either. Any updated solutions from QB?

Bank is updating balance but not showing transactions to process. I've tried updating many times.

I'm worried about how this impacts your business, @AmberSt. Let me share additional steps to help fix this situation.

Before we begin, have you encountered an error message during import and manually adding the transactions? Please share additional information about this to help us narrow down the cause of the problem.

QuickBooks relies on the Central Bank's performance to synchronize your transactions. For now, let's check your website to fix slow or stuck issues. Also, if you change any details on your bank's website (such as account number, username, or password), update this information in QuickBooks to ensure proper synchronization of transactions. Let me walk you through the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  3. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  4. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
  5. Once everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks.
  6. Then, go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions, and click Update.

To update your bank information in QuickBooks, follow the steps in this article in the Step 3 section: Update your bank information.

Moreover, if you need assistance categorizing automatically downloaded transactions or are having trouble locating recently downloaded transactions, refer to these articles for additional guidance.

Please let us know whenever you have other queries about bank transactions. We'll do our best to fix them promptly. Take care.
