Currently, we've received reports that the Banking page (Bank of America) isn't updating or downloading the bank transactions. Our engineers are already working to fix this. You can contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Team so they can add your profile to the list of affected users and keep you up to date about this.
As a workaround, you can download a WebConnect file from your bank's website and import in QuickBooks. You can use these articles for reference:
