Batch Import Bills - Quickbooks Enterprise - Quantity Negative #

When I copy and paste my bill information into Batch Entries in Quickbooks Enterprise I cannot get the quantity to be a positive number for the life of me... even though the number in the excel file is positive. 

 

I've tried reformatting the quantity to general, number, currency and nothing has worked.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Try to run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility.

I just tried that and it said it found no errors.

It's great to see you back. Allow me to give you some information to help you get this resolved. 

 

Since the issue is persisting after trying to rebuild and verify the file, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to use a screen share to walk you through some additional steps if need be. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Choose the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Enter the question and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and pick to Get a callback
