Can I change the email address QB is using to communicate messages from the IRS to me

You have to change the email address through the Accounts and settings. Here's how

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
2. Select Company.
3. From the Company info, click Edit.
4. Enter the new address in the Company email field.
   
5. Click Save, then Done.

Once done, go to the Payroll settings and check the Email notifications section. You should see the new address.

1. Hover to the Gear icon and select Payroll settings.
2. Scroll down, then click the pencil icon in the Contact information section.
3. Edit the Email address and other details if needed.
4. Hit Save, then Done.
