The chat box consistently says 'something went wrong, try again later' and has done for weeks. When is later?
I can't update my WA state L&I rates without talking to a person (cause QBO won't let me do it myself) and the chat box won't let me talk to a person. All I want to do is update my L&I. Please help me. Anyone. Please.

We can do the browser troubleshooting steps to solve the issue that triggered the error.
To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
If you'll not experience the same thing, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If you'll still have it, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.

I'm not using a browser. I'm using the desktop app. Is the app that Quickbooks provided not the best way to use quickbooks online? If so why on earth did they make the app? And then tell people to download and use the app if it makes their terrible program even worse?
I have not yet found a browser that seems to work well and consistently with QBO, which is why I downloaded the app. If the app isn't the way to go, which browser is? And again, why is there an app if it doesn't work?
