I have the same problem...No solution from Quickbooks yet.... I have over 4K orders stuck in the express pick/pack tab.
Quickbooks, Why can't you fix this. I think its time to start looking into Netsuite. SMH

The option to clear out the stuck order in the express pick/pack tab is unavailable. I can see this feature would be helpful and, I recommend sending feedback to the developers to request it.

JoesemM, still today we are having this conversation... If you know there is an issue, that several people are having, and God knows there should be more people out there that do not complain; Why should us, the users, need to submit feedback or a product suggestion? You have no idea of how frustrating this is becoming, between battling with the mobile warehouse app (that crashes way too often) and having to refresh/update all of those old tasks that do not need to update... I even tried chatting with an "expert" that clearly knew nothing about this until I shared my screen.
We need to work, so please get to work on fixing this.
I think its time to start looking into Netsuite.
Maybe you should. You can use the trial version to access your historical data for good and start from scratch in Netsuite or Accumatica to lower your conversion costs.
