column on right side of invoice window has disappeared!?

@jpatriarca  Well, the first thing I would try is expanding that window.

On the right hand side of invoices in QuickBooks, you will notice a vertical gray bar. At the top of that bar is a white arrow.

This bar is the means to expand or minimize the column you spoke of. Try clicking the white arrow.

I'd be glad to help you show the column you need when tracking your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), jpatriarca.

Ensure to select the Show history arrow to make it appear on the right side of the invoice page. This way, you'll be able to track the payments and outstanding balances of the transaction. Please see the visual references below:

You can also set up and send progress invoices to collect partial payments from your customers.
