At this time, we can't set up an automatic minimum amount so the statement created becomes $5 at the end of the month. To achieve the amount, you have to manually add/enter invoices for your customers.
A statement shows you a summary of customers' invoices, payments, credits, and balances. For more information about statements, check out this article: Create a billing statement.
