I have two companies I no longer use and would like to hide them in my login - how do I do that?

You can see a message that your email is already being used if you use the email for multiple companies or as a User ID for other Intuit products. To change it, you can consolidate them under a single User ID for a better sign-in experience.

To start, log in to the company in which you use the email and change that you no longer want to utilize. Then, add a user with your desired User Name (email address) for all your accounts.

  1. Go to your Profile icon next to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage your Intuit Account. This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
  3. In the left menu, click Sign-in & security.
  4. Change the User ID and Email address section.
  5. When you're done, select Save.

If you already access the Sign In page and still experiencing a different issue, check out the Get help if you can't sign in to your account guide. The troubleshooting is scenario-based, so I suggest following the steps that fit your situation.

Thank you so much for responding!! I think maybe wasn't really clear. I have (4) companies under one account and when I login, all 4 are on the dashboard but I don't use 2 of them anymore and was hoping to hide 2 of them.

@NewRootsCaitlin ,

you need to remove yourself from the users list of those companies, so they won't show up under your intuit account anymore.

If you're the current admin, invite a dummy user and make him an admin. Then, let him remove your profile from the users list.
