If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. Having the same issue (posted in a separate thread. This is not a cache issue - it's a logic problem.
It's an issue easily duplicated and experienced by other users. There's no point in doing this troubleshooting as it is a logic issue - the problem is at Quickbook's end, not the client.
