Deposit not in reconciliation.

I have a deposit I can't locate in Reconciliation.  Is there a way to track a check from a sales receipt, to the deposit it is in.

Deposit not in reconciliation.

I'll help you find the deposit, LesDQ.

The deposit might have been added to a different bank account. This is why it is not showing up in the account you are trying to reconcile. Let's open up the sales receipt to locate the deposit.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Customers > Customer Center.
  2. Select the customer's name and open the Sales Receipt
  3. In the Sales Receipt window, go to the Reports tab.
  4. Press the Transaction History icon to see the linked deposit.
  5. Double-click the Deposit to see which account it was added. Change the bank account if it's incorrect.
  6. Hit Save & Close.

Once done, go back to the Reconcile page and see if the deposit is added.
