You're in the right place, @shirley-kaynegriffin.
Business plans are a great tool to gauge whether or not you and your business are headed in the right direction. The Business Plan Tool in QuickBooks is a great way to get started writing one. To get started, you can follow these steps:
- In the menu bar, go to Company, then Planning & Budgeting, then Use Business Plan Tool. You'll see a wizard that will guide you through everything step-by-step.
- Follow the on-screen prompts until finished.
I did find some third-party resources on the Business Plan Tool that you may be able to find by doing a quick search engine query, however due to Community Guidelines I can't link them here. I'll submit this information to our Product Development Team so that they can add an article on our site for future reference.
The Bill Tracker in QuickBooks Enterprise is a great way to create and process payables. To open it, you can go to Vendors, then Bill Tracker in the menu bar. Here, you'll be able to see all of your purchase orders and paid and unpaid bills for the last 30 days. You can click through the colored bars at the top of the Bill Tracker to filter through the list of transactions. I've included a quick screenshot of it below.
