I've been directly lied to by AbagailS, Aldren18, Candace C. Evidence is in two threads, which I have recorded in case deleted. AbagailS went on to admit the others were lying, refuse help, and then closed with more lying.
There's no way the Intuit employee handbook allows lying. Is there someone else I should contact? If I don't hear back very soon, I'll contact Christine.
@MichaelOD"There's no way the Intuit employee handbook allows lying."
Oh, I have some terrible news for you.
Falsifying business records is a crime. I'm not looking for a tut-tut. I want criminals in prison before they hurt more families. All indications are that this is a criminal situation. Intuit's silence indicates this is a criminal situation. It's not going away. I don't want the company fines, I want the criminal employees to go to prison where they belong.
Neither of your links work. They just take me to the general "Other Questions" bucket.
My company file is not the property of Intuit, obviously they cannot vandalize it with impunity.
As I know, when you use QBO, you simply pay for their service and they own your data. This means that in the worst case scenario when they lose your data, you can't claim anything. Another point is that their employees are immune to any complaints. How far and persistently you can solve the case is another challenge.
Nope. I entered the data and it belongs to me.

Intuit needs a class action for an attitude correction. Their culture is despicable.
And I don't know if you are reading the solutions posted by employees, but they are all only half answers that leave users with unbalanced accounts. This isn't help, it's a scam to get users to pay for premium help.
Intuit culture is filthy. Their employees are liars and cowards: that's the evidence we have. They seem quiet on the topic.
