Hello @carolyng259,

Since the Community is a public space, we're unable to check any information or bookkeeping appointment from our customers, like you.

Instead, you can schedule an appointment with your bookkeeper directly from the My Experts menu. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to My Experts.
  2. Under Live Bookkeeping, select Schedule my appointment.
  3. Enter all the required details and select an appointment time.

Once done, please consider waiting for the confirmation of your appointment so you can send a message to your bookkeeping team. Here's how:

  1. Select My Experts.
  2. Under Live Bookkeeping, select Send a message.
  3. Enter your message once the Chat window.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about the Live Bookkeeping feature: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping FAQ.

Lastly, I've got you this reference for ideas about how cleaning your books can save your business: All things bookkeeping.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Hi there, @Alkaissey.

Let me help you set up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account so you can utilize it already.

Whenever you process a credit card payment, pay your employees using QuickBooks Payroll, or take out a loan from the bank, make sure your accounting reflects each step of each process as closely as possible.

That means matching names, dates, payment methods, and totals against recorded transactions on your actual bank statements.

Here's how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings, Then, Company.
  2. Add your company's information:
    - Company Name
    - Business Address (you can also add a PO Box as the “Customer Facing” address, as long as your legal business address is also in QuickBooks)
    - Email Address
    - Website
    - Phone Number

  3. Click the Pencil Icon in the corner to edit info and click Save once completed.
  4. Next, ensure the designated company type and the tax form you plan to file at the end of the fiscal year are accurate.
  5. An Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number is required. If you need help determining which of these you need for your business, reach out to your accountant or the IRS.

For detailed steps, you can visit this article: Getting Started in QuickBooks Online.

On top of that, we'd also like to know If you have also signed up for the training schedule in QBO.

Additionally, if you want to learn how to set up your inventory products, check out this article: Add inventory products in QuickBooks Online.

I'll always be around here, @Alkaissey. Just click the reply button if you need additional assistance managing your QBO account. Have a good one.
