There's not a phone number. 

All you can do is

 

  • Go to Help on the top of the page.
  • Click Contact Us.
  • Write your question.
  • Choose the call back feature to connect with us.

And hope someone actually calls you back.  Good luck.

I was just on the phone with support and after 1/2 hour they hung up on me and did not call me back.  For some reason my help doesn't work on my Quickbooks.

Once you get disconnected during a call, our representative will immediately schedule a callback. If you haven't received any communications from us, I'd recommend contacting us again. 

 

If you have the case number of your previous interaction handy, you can provide it to our next expert. This way, you don't have to start all over again. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
