I have received 4 emails from quickbooks saying “your transaction cannot be completed” you only have x amount in your account. And it first it was like $12 and I just received to emails earlier for a $111. & $259 charge. It’s saying it was unsuccessful and that I need to add money but when I log into my account to try and close it out because I never use quickbooks it won’t let me. Thankfully nothing has come out of my bank but I don’t know if they’re scams or if someone is trying to charge my account
Yes I am Having same issue and it says i owe them a huge amount when it's no where near what I owe. I am also being told in them that i can no longer run payroll and I've been terminated. I will have to deal with attorney's and so forth also according to them.
I am receiving emails stating my return did not go through but I never purchase items through QB. And then it says I owe money. I do not use any QB banking options. So I am not sure why I am receiving these emails.
