Emailing Quote, Sales Orders and Invoices to multiple customers.

We email Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices to multiple people at some of our larger customers offices.

For example, we email quotes to Purchasing@.... and to one of 10 salespersons. After the purchase we email the invoice to AP@... and Purchasing@... Quickbooks customer setup only has a main email and a CC email to choose from when emailing from these documents. Is it possible to have a dropdown menu on the TO and CC lines in each customer so we can pick the correct email?

I can see how the drop-down menu would help a lot when sending forms to multiple customers with their correct email addresses.

At this time, the drop-down menu is unavailable. In QuickBooks Desktop, you'll have an option to include more email addresses when sending an email. This can be done by using a comma to separate the email addresses.
