Every time I open QB I get this error code. How do I fix it?

Thanks for letting me know about the error you're getting, @Dillmans.
Just to verify, are you using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)? Also, is your company file saved remote location or a removable drive? If so, try saving the .QBW file locally so we can isolate if the problem is caused by the default location.
However, if its already saved locally, let's try running the QuickBooks File Doctor to fix corruption issues on the company file. Here's how:
1. Download the QuickBooks File Doctor.
2. Once done, double-click the qbfd.exe. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the File Doctor.
3. Once installed, the it will open automatically. If you're not seeing it, try checking for a green wrench icon in the Windows taskbar.
4. Click the drop-down list to find your company file or select the browse button and manually locate it to continue.
5. Choose either Both file damage and network connectivity or Network connectivity only.
6. Enter the Administrator password of the company file, then Next.
7. Select the correct option when prompted to choose Host/Server or Workstation.
8. Pick Yes or No if prompted to share your company file.

That should get you fixed right up. Keep me posted on how it goes or if you're referring to something else. I'm always here to help. Take care.
