I'm getting the same thing with third party Reach Reporting in Canada. FYI. I'm on QBD
Hello WLR1. Have you been able to reach out to the third-party's support team?
Not yet, emailed them, waiting for their response
Sounds good.
Third party tech got on to see and there's something wrong in the A/R and A/P data causing the error. I tried everything I can think of to check. Downloaded the File Doctor and that did nothing. Exported the IIF to see if I could find anything that looked weird, nothing. It's just one of my files giving errors so it's definately a QB data thing. Any suggestions?
I just tried to create a new file from the problematic file and it failed, said there were issues with the file and it couldn't create the new. I've already done the verify and rebuild data, already tried the file doctor. No clue now what to try

Thanks for joining the conversation, @RushAuto, and letting us know the activity you were processing when this error message appeared. I'll share some steps to resolve this.
The error can be a system file corruption, or the Microsoft .NET Framework installation is corrupt. QuickBooks Desktop uses Microsoft programs to run web-based apps. Once the .NET Framework has an issue, QuickBooks may not work properly.
In most cases, a clean or repair install can help you by downloading the QuickBooks Tool Hub and then using the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. Here’s how:
If the issue remains, refer to this guide on how to fix QBDT install errors and scroll down to step 3.
In addition to this, you can utilize this resource to manually fix Microsoft .NET Framework errors for your operating system.
If the error persists even after performing all the suggested troubleshooting, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop support team. They can further investigate the root cause of this error and walk you through the resolution. You'll want to follow the steps shared by JamesAndrewM above in contacting them.
For management practices, I recommend backing up your company files so you can restore them anytime in case of accidental data loss.
