Error

I’m getting an error code when I try to save or send an invoice.  I’ve logged out and shut down the browser.  Still not working, I feel like this is a quick books issue.  Anyone else having this issue?

Error

It says: the amount of line items don’t add up to the total amount specified.

  1. Go to the Help menu and navigate to the Assistant tab.
  2. In the chat box, type Contact Support and press Enter.
  3. Click on Contact a Human, then select either Live Chat or Call Me Back.
  4. Provide a brief description of the issue and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred support option: Callback or Chat.
