File repair for Quickbooks Pro 2019 corrupted file

I appreciate the steps you've done to resolve your concern. I'm here to share and help fix your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) file.

Since the issue persists after following the repair tools/procedures, let's perform another troubleshooting. Try running the QuickBooks built-in diagnostic and repair tools called rebuild and verify data utilities. These tools will repair and notify you of any possible data damage within the file.

Here's how:

1. Go to File, then select Utilities and Rebuild Data.
2. Choose OK. Follow the prompts to save a backup.
3. Click OK once completed.
4. Now, go back to File, then Utilities, and select Verify Data this time.

If QB detected no problem with your data, hit OK. However, if it finds an issue, you will be prompted to Rebuild Now or View Errors. Choose Close, then perform the steps below.

Here's how:

1. Locate and check the QBWin.log or QuickBooks.log files.
2. Scroll to the bottom for the most recent Verify information.
3. Find the line that contains the LVL_ERROR, then check Top data damage errors in QuickBooks Desktop.

Chat Support and ask Data Service to fix your file. Otherwise, you have to purchase a 3rd party file repair service.

I have been through all of these steps. there are 6000+ errors to be corrected apparently by logging into each transaction.  Can Intuit help?

As mentioned by Fiat, you'll want to contact our Data Services support. As what the message says, the team will work on the file and correct those errors. They also have the tools to ensure there won't be any data loss as they work on it. 

If you haven't tried contacting them yet, here's how you can do it: 

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop and press the F1 key. 
2. On the Have a question? window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
3. Select a topic or enter "Fix file corruption" if a text box appears. 
4. Hit Continue, then choose how you want to reach us.
