I waited an hour to talk to a customer service agent about the training courses we were promised when we purchased a new version of QuickBooks (Contractor 22.0)...I finally got someone on chat and they would not help me and then disconnected from the chat without even letting me respond. Such unprofessional customer service I cannot believe it! Does anyone know how to access the free training courses that we were supposed to receive? The last customer service agent I spoke with would not help me (and was completely rude) because I did not have the right access... so I was assigned the right access and then this happens. I cannot believe how unprofessional these people are!
(this is not for Quickbooks international but that was the only selection option this gave me)

To get some information about training courses and certifications, it is best to contact our ProAdvisor Team first. You can do that by chatting with a U.S.-based representative or calling us using the phone number here.
ProAdvisors who support QuickBooks Desktop need to have an active QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor membership. This will ensure that all your QuickBooks Desktop (including previous) certifications appear on your Find-a-ProAdvisor Profile.

Yes, that is what I did... I waited an hour to chat with someone for help and they pretty much just blew me off and disconnected from the chat after telling me there are no training courses offered with Contractor 22.0 but we were told when we made the purchase that there were. Can you please be of come assistance?

Where is your company located? Did you purchase QB Desktop 2022 US Pro/Premier?
I thought I was an idiot looking all over with how to access......contacted customer support and as far as I can tell my only option to get the free training is to watch youtube videos that anyone can see. I thought there would be a link in the left hand column or top of my account page but does not seem to be connected at all.
If you have an active QB Desktop Enterprise license, you should be able to access their self-paced courses for free.
