I use Go Payment only (not linked to quickbooks) in my retail brick and mortar. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A to run the app but the app isn't working. The operating system for my device is 5.1.1 According to the specs given here it should be compatible, but it apparently isn't. I need a list of compatible devices please. The agent at [removed] sent me a link which did not answer my question. Thanks

Though the GoPayment app is compatible with Android mobile phones and tablets with 4.1 JellyBean and higher, it still depends on the supported device of the free reader. If it works on the QuickBooks card reader, it will on the application as well.
You can find the list of compatible devices through this link: Get the new GoPayment card reader.
I also recommend checking out the OS Version supported section table on this article for reference: Compare mobile app features.

I have a similar issue, but trying to use a Samsung Galaxy 4G with an audio jack reader. I cannot log into the app. I can from a newer Samsung though.
Any help would be appreciated.

To help fix the issue, I'd recommend updating your GoPayment app to it's latest version for Android which is 5.0 and higher. Once done, try to log back in.

Let me route you to the best help available so someone can help you access your Merchant Services account in the GoPayments app on your tablet.
But first, have we tried updating your GoPayments app to the latest released version? Some app issues and bugs will be fixed once you installed the latest released version.
Nevertheless, if you've already installed the updates yet you still have the issue, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. From there, someone can help you log in and access your account through your tablet. He/she will also create a case ID or ticket if needed to do so.

Not concerned with Card Reader--Concerned with GoPayment APP
Devices:
ANDROID: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Phone--GoPayment app v 23.04.0
ANDROID: Samsung Chromebook Plus (Kevin Firmware and recent updates) GoPayment app v 23.04.0
On my phone i can attach card reader and barcode reader via Bluetooth, scan upc to search products and add it to invoice/receipt. Card reader works too.
On my Chromebook I can't even get the products to come up. About twelve products load and then it locks up.
You can update your QuickBooks Apps, @BOSS-clay .
Make sure to update your app to the latest released version to fix some issues and bugs.
Once done and you're still getting the same error, you can install and reinstall the app.
