Got an email today with a link for expedited ACH. The link didn't work. I had to call Intuit to discover the link is invalid and may be ready in a month.

Hi there, @skogensover.

It's good to have you back here in the Community. I can share some insights with the email that you received about the expedited ACH.

The email that you received is all about the feature of the Next Day Deposits for ACH. This feature is not yet available. Also, the email instructions are somewhat mistaken, as your client would receive in product and/or e-mails stating they are eligible for the plan change. We are slowly releasing the feature to our Merchants so it will not be available for all Merchants, rather a select few as we ramp up the feature release.

To learn more about the exact time frame as to when it will be going to be available, I'd suggest visiting our QuickBooks Merchant Services support.

We will also send a notification once an update will roll out. Here's a helpful article that will guide you through the ACH process in QuickBooks:

Process ACH bank transfers right in QuickBooks.

Please let me know if you have any other question about this concern. I'll be happy to help you out. Have a great day!

Thanks so much for your reply. It would be great if Intuit could send a mass email to people who use QuickBooks payments and let them know. I had to call Intuit to find out.
