Is anyone else having problems viewing QB transactions?
When I try to access any of my records, it does not open.
I have the same problem, only Bank Deposits are working

There are times that the browser is full of the frequently accessed web page. When this gets outdated, it can cause an issue with your QuickBooks performance. To verify this, let access your account via a private window (incognito).
Incognito window doesn’t save any data file, thus, it’s the best tool to verify a browser’s cache issue. To begin, here are the keyboard shortcuts that you can use to in opening a private window:
Once logged in, Double-check if you can see the transactions. If you’re able to, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If you’re unable to, try using other supported browsers and check if this is a browser-integrated issue.

the problem persists
I try with incognito mode, I try with Chrome and Firefox, even I try in another computer, and ask someone else in another office (milles away) to try and every time get the same issue. When I clic on, for example Checks, the url change to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/check but the check doesn't open, it happens the same in almost all modules except Banking deposits and reports
When I try to register payments and collections it does not open
Already solved! the problem was in the configuration, the deposit option was disabled
