Due to the volume of requests we receive this tax season and the availability of support available during this pandemic, some of the call back schedules may be delayed. As long as you entered the correct contact information, our agents will be able to reach you during our support hours.

 

There are also other options you can try to get your issue resolved. You can use the messaging option to get in touch with a live agent through chat. Follow these steps below:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu then click on Contact Us.
  2. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next window, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent.

When using the messaging option, a small discussion box will open at the bottom right section of your monitor. Make sure pop-up windows are enabled for your browser. An agent will be with you after filling in the information. See this:

 

You can also share your concern with me, so I can look into it. This forum can help with general QuickBooks concerns which doesn't require account verification or billing. Tap the Reply button below to add the description of your issue or mention my ID to notify me.
