Hi, where can I find past 1099 filings? We can only find current filings. We e-filed them. Thank you for your help.

Getting a copy of your past 1099 forms will depend on how you complete them. Follow the steps below to create a 1099 form for the past years if it's filed electronically:

1. Go to the 1099 E-File Service login page, then enter your Intuit login credentials.
2. Press Sign In.
3. Under step 2, click Download and print copies for your records.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions until you reach the Download Your 1099 Forms screen.
5. Select either Print For Contractors or Print For Your Records.

However, if you submitted them manually, here's how to print them:

1. Go to Expenses from the left menu, then select Vendors.
2. Choose Prepare 1099s and click Continue your 1099s.
3. Hit Next until you're on the Check that the payments add up page.
4. Choose the filter menu (funnel icon) in the top-left of your Contractor list, select 2018, and click Finish preparing 1099s.
5. Tap I'll file myself, then pick 1099, then 2018 under Tax Year.
6. Hit Yes, that looks good! and select 1099, then 2018.
7. Press Print on 1099 forms.

1. Go to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Taxes, then click 1099 filings.
3. Select View 1099 to view a PDF copy.
