Can I find a history of statements sent to a customer? I'm trying to resolve a problem and wanted to find a list of prior monthly statements sent.

I can help walk you through getting a list of your statements sent to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can pull up the Statement List report. This will give you the lists of all the statements you sent to customers during a selected time period, including the date. Here's how:
1. Go to Reports menu at the left panel, then enter Statement List on the search bar.
2. Once pulled up, click Customize at the upper right.
3. On the Filter drop-down, pick a Customer and the Statement Date.
4. Select Run report.
I also added some sample screenshot for your guide.
Once done, you can click the customer's name to check the transactions for that specific statement.
That should answer you concern for today. Please let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. I'd be glad to answer if you have any follow-up questions. Take care and have a good one.

I know this is a late response to this thread, but I have the same issue. This does not, however, provide me with a list of statements SENT, only generated. I regularly generate statements that are not "sent" (incorrect email address for example, or no past due invoices (just FYI, it is common practice for businesses to pull statements for various reasons)). I review the statements generated, and determine if I want to send it (since it is not possible to generate statements only for past due invoices, or to set a statement date (i.e. as of end of last month).
I want to track if and when the statements actually went to the customer. I cannot see this as an option in QBO.
Hello, dLearned.
I have a suggestion to help you see the status of your sent customer statements in QuickBooks.
You can use the Audit Log to display the list of generated statements with the sent status. Here's how:
Take note that the status will still show "emailed" regardless if the email address entered is correct or not. Though, it might show a failed status if it was bounced or was not properly processed by the system.
Though if you need a report that shows a more detailed view of the status (incorrect email address status and such), I would recommend sending suggestions to our developers.
Simply go to the Gear icon menu, then select Feedback.
They'll consider your request to add a statement report that shows the data you need in the future.
Do you need help recording invoice payments? You can check this article for the steps: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to drop by in this thread if you have more questions with invoices, customer statements or other reports. Do you have other concerns? Let me hear it and I'll help you out.
Thank you, that does help somewhat, although I have to sift through all the "added" statements. I will submit a feedback request on this topic as well.
OK, I take back my last comment...this isn't helpful, because the audit history is too short (my history only goes back to September 2021)...despite the options indicating I can view up to 2 years of history, I can, in fact, only view 10,000 events, nowhere near two years.
