Join nowYou can't using QuickBooks itself. However, you can using our BRC Donor Statements - QB Online (or BRC Donor Statements - Desktop for QuickBooks Desktop).
These tools will create proper donor statements from your QuickBooks data. They include various custom options to change the statements. You can print and mail them, or when paired with our BRC Excel Batch-Email Manager , you can also email them.
