I can't even get to the home page of anything. How am I suppose to click on anything to get help??? Online is great until you have a problem, then it's crickets!

Most of the errors in QuickBooks Online can be resolved by clearing the cache of the browser.
But before we clear the cache, you can use a private browser or an incognito window, to single out the cause of this unexpected behavior.
You can use either of the following shortcut keys below:
If works, I suggest clearing the browser cache of your regular browser to help your application run better. You can also use a different browser that works best with QBO.

What if I do not see a Let's talk Green Button.

- At the upper right corner, click the Help icon to see the Contact us button.
- Then, hit the Contact us button at the bottom part.
- Add a short description of your concern by entering it inside the What can we help you with? box for example " import transactions".
- Click the Let's talk button (green one).
- Select Get a callback to talk yo our specialist.
