For example, we have an order for 100PCS of item#SAMPLE whose bin locations and their quantities are-
BinA: 50PCS
BinB: 50PCS
BinC: 50PCS.
Without creating a SALES ORDER with each line being a different bin, how do you list to pull from BinA & BinB to fulfill the 100-PC order? In other words, how do you create a SALES ORDER, with multiple bins listed, for item#SAMPLE on one line only?

The option to create a Sales Order with multiple bin location is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. It only allows you to choose one bin location per line item. If you wish to have this feature included on our next update, I encourage you to send this product suggestion through feedback.

What about the invoices? Is there a way for the invoice to combine the total of each bin so the item is on one line?

Allow me to share what I know about combining totals for each bin in invoices.
Right now, you may need to enter each Bin separately in QuickBooks Desktop. Combining the totals on only one line is still unavailable at this time.
