How do I reset my qb? I need to disconnect the accounts and start from scratch. I am on day 3.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online for your business, @cigarcityhauling. Since your books is less than 60 days old, your account is eligible for purging. 

Let me guide you in deleting your company data to start from scratch. Here's how to purge the data:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online, then look at the URL in your browser's address bar and replace all the text after the last / with purgecompany. For example: From: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage; To: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
2. Enter Yes, to confirm you want to delete company file. 
3. Select Wipe data.  

Once done, you can start as fresh. Keep also in mind that this option is only applicable if you're using QuickBooks Online Plus, Essentials and Advanced. Otherwise, you'll want to cancel it to start a new one.

To cancel your account:

1. Go to Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
2. Tap the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
4. Follow the steps to cancel your account. If you use payroll, you should cancel your payroll account too. 

To start a new account:

1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Fill up the User ID and password.
3. You can use the same user ID and a password you previously had. If you activated payroll in the account, this is the best option for you.

If you are using QBO Simple Start, you can't purge your account. You must signup for a new account and cancel the old one.

To reset qb account need to Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. Click Yes to confirm the action. On the next page, select Wipe data. Sometimes you need to start fresh with a new QuickBooks Online company.
