Hi there, tonjunee.
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to set up another company in QuickBooks Online.
The Online platform does allow for recording books for multiple businesses. Each of these companies requires a separate subscription. Here's how to get set up:
1. Visit https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/
2. Choose Buy Now or Start Free 30-Day Trial.
3. Select a product (Simple Start, Essentials, Advanced or Plus).
4. Click Buy Now or Try it free to subscribe to QuickBooks Online.
5. Select Already have an account? Sign in.
6. Sign in with your previous or current user ID and password for other company subscriptions.
7. Follow the onscreen prompts to set up a new subscription under your existing log in.
I recommend checking out the following article for more info on creating a new company and adding subscriptions.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'm just a comment away.

That is helpful that I can login with existing user account. Thank you.
Your always welcome, tonjunee.
You can also manage your user's access to your new company in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Just add them to your account by sending them an invite.
Here's how:
Once done, inform them to accept the invite from quickbooks-email@intuit.com.
For more details about this one, just check out this article: Add, delete, or change user access.
I have a link here that provides you with articles about getting started with QBO: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/get-started/07?product=QuickBooks%20Online.
Keep me posted if you need a hand with managing your business in your account or any QBO related. I'll be here to ensure your success. Take care always.
If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
