In cases like odd behavior of the program, we can access your account via an incognito or a private window. It helps us verify if this is a webpage-related issue, as the stored cache affects the performance. Doing so also refreshes the system so you can start with a clean slate.

Once signed in, select the Help icon to see if you can click the callback or chat button. If it works, I recommend clearing the cache in your default browser. You can also use other supported browsers to aid in narrowing down the issue.
