I'd be glad to assist you today. If I may ask, what specific questions or issues do you have with QuickBooks? I appreciate it if you reply in detail so we can work from there.
I'm also attaching this guide to help you choose which product or version to purchase.
I'll be on the look-out for your reply and I'm more than willing to lend a hand. Take care and stay safe.
Any specific concern?
I replied to you 12-29-21 with details but no response. Not surprised.

The same question. Any specific concern? Mind you, I am not Intuit team.
Yes last December I upgraded my 2013 Premier Quickbooks simply because it was so outdated I couldn't email statements anymore. That was just an inconvenience but it made my wife unhappy so I thought what to heck I'll upgrade lol. Now my business is a very small owner operated simple operation and I told my rep, Paul, that I wanted basic program just like I had and he sold me Desktop Pro Plus. Well I just trusted him that I was getting what I wanted. He said that my support would end in 1 year but the program would continue on just like Premier had. Fast forward to November of this year I get a notice that I needed to renew because he put me on a subscription based plan. When I called and said that wasn't what I needed the lady assured if I didn't renew I would only lose my online support and privileges which I didn't need or even know I had. I'm sure your guessing what happen next! The program won't open because it has lapsed and they are holding my last year's data in ransom for a renewal. Needless to say my panties are in a wad!!

We have heard similar stories with our customers. Eventually, we asked (and mostly help) them to buy a one time license for QBD 2020 or 2021. Starting QBD 2022, company only offers QBD Plus with the subscription license. For your case, you can utilize the trial license for QBD 2021 Pro for the time being and you will have more time to purchase a new license for QBD 2021 next month.
Apparently you agree that Quickbooks is preventing me from getting my comany data file, which incidentally was compiled while my subscription was in effect which makes it legally mine. As to your solution plan of a one time license, how does that work and how much does it cost?
Contact us in private and we will share the trial code for QBD Pro 2021. You can install it and open your file immediately. We can also help to provide the commercial license later if required.
How do I do that? You said "mind you I'm not Intuit team". So I don't know how to contact you.

Well I clicked on you username and it did bring you up but since I'm a mental midget when it comes to tech stuff I couldn't figure out how to send you a message.
We sent a private message and you can reply it to our email address.
Hope it helps.
