In QuickBooks Online, we're unable to select multiple customers when creating a single invoice. You'll want to create an invoice for each customer's percentage.
Then, follow the steps provided by my colleague Rubielyn_J on how to send the invoices at once.

Let me sort things out for you. When creating an invoice to multiple customers, we create the transaction separately then send them by batch. Here's how:
After, you can now send those invoices that you made by batch. I'll show you how:

Thank you for your response, what I am attempting to do is create one invoice for a total amount then have this invoice split to multiple customers based on the percentage of total invoice for each customer.

Thank you for the information, I had been told this was the case.
Is their any add-ons that can enable this but still send invoices from QBO.
Or will this be looked at as future enhancement for QBO.
I am sure Im not the only one who wishes this could be a function of QBO

We can't suggest add-ons or other third-party applications that can do it. However, you can try looking at the Apps menu for the supported apps. If you find an application and need assistance of the integration, you can reach out to the third-party application's support.
