Bonus question: How to disable any other future AI mumbo-jumbo?
I am aware that I can click the little blue star like object at the right end of the subject line, but users should not have to be on edge that the settings they have set are not being honored while using this software nor should we have to perform the same action repeatedly. It is oddly not an option under Accounts and Settings>Sales>Messages, so what gives? Is it a setting located some where else?
Same for SMS. I managed to hide the div containing the "Send SMS" form (that I won't ever use) with uBlock Origin. Is there an AI host I can blacklist instead? Something like shovetheAIdowntheirthoats.api.intuit.com?
I appreciate the detailed information you have provided, @CreativeP. I'll take care of this concern for you.
The option to turn off the Intuit Assistant suggestions is unavailable. These pop-ups are useful for guiding customers on enhancing their QuickBooks Online experience.
For now, if you don't want to use any Intuit Assistant suggestions, you can choose not to click the Intuit Assist button, or simply click on the Ignore button, preventing pop-ups from appearing again while you are creating your messages.
On the other hand, to help us improve and do better, we encourage our customers to give us feedback so that we can provide the services they deserve. I'll route you on how to share your suggestions or feedback in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Furthermore, I suggest contacting our Intuit Developer Site regarding your SMS issue. One of our development team members will be able to help you and look into this error in more detail. You can use this link to reach out to them directly: Intuit Developer Support
Additionally, if you wish to add Intuit's service email addresses to your approved email list, refer to this article: Receive important email messages from Intuit
Please know that you're always welcome to reach out to us for further inquiries about managing your messages in QuickBooks. I'd be glad to assist you.

@JohncarlP NOTHING QB has done has enhanced anything. It has only made things MUCH more complicated and WAY slower. Nice try though, trying to pretend otherwise.
It would be a lot more helpful if you took the time to understand the question.
I don't even know what an "Intuit Assist" button is, so please do not infer that I brought this on myself. I am not referring to any pop-ups, or any of the other annoying, work interrupting feature ads or hints. There has been plenty of complaint about those already and nothing has or presumably will be done about it. I also never said anything about an error.
No, my question is about the new AI e-mail subject "suggestions" (which if they were actual suggestions wouldn't replace my message settings automatically). You know, sales forms, invoices, etc? There is a setting for sending sales forms via e-mail and users may customize the body and subject. Intuit added an unwanted mechanism that as good as wipes out one of those settings without including a way to stop that behavior. Which is bad UX by any measure.
I want to know if a setting to completely disable sales form e-mail subject AI suggestions exists and I haven't found it OR barring that if the scripts that run it are hosted on a unique domain so that I can then block that domain instead. Because unlike the SMS form that was added above the e-mail form (and can be prevented from loading by blocking it's DIV using an ad blocker because *again* there is no setting to disable this unwanted behavior) this AI baloney injects unwanted text into the e-mail subject field. As stated earlier, bad UX.
If I sound annoyed it is because I am annoyed, but I promise I am not trying to make or take it personal.
I got your back, CreativePrinters. I recognize the importance of turning off the feature of the Al email subject suggestions on your sales forms. Let me share some information and further clarify this matter.
The AI feature used in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is called GenAI. You can find updates about it here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/r/innovation/intuit-assist-for-quickbooks/
Currently, QBO is unable to stop the new AI features from disabling. However, I suggest reaching out to Intuit Developer's support team. This way, some developers will help you block those incoming updates.
Here's how:
Additionally, you can refer to this article about personalizing your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
If you have additional concerns about the AI email subject suggestions feature in QBO, please post them here in the Community space.
