I looked at the reply you gave the other fellow and the archive option is not in my version. is there different way to find it?

I appreciate you for following the steps provided by my colleague above. One of the reasons why you were not able to locate the option is the difference in the interface.
Let me provide you with the other way to see archived forms in QuickBooks Online:
You will be routed to the Archived Forms page. From there, choose the correct selection to filter the form that you’re looking for.
If you’re unable to see the option, I highly recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps. An unexpected behavior while using the application can be caused by a stored cache. Performing the steps will help improve the performance of the application and provide a secure working environment.

I was just informed by Quickbooks that they no longer keep a record of forms submitted more than 2 years prior. They apparently sent out an email and that was supposed to be sufficient notification that they were going to delete all archived forms from previous years. This is a huge problem for me.
